In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allah, The Most High, said:

وَإِن تُطِعْ أَكْثَرَ مَن فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ يُضِلُّوكَ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ إِن يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا ٱلظَّنَّ وَإِنْ هُمْ إِلَّا يَخْرُصُونَ

And if you obey most of those on earth, they will mislead you far away from Allah’s Path. They follow nothing but conjectures, and they do nothing but lie. [Al-An’am 116]

Allah, The Mighty and Majestic, said:

إِن يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا ٱلظَّنَّ وَمَا تَهْوَى ٱلْأَنفُسُ وَلَقَدْ جَآءَهُم مِّن رَّبِّهِمُ ٱلْهُدَىٰٓ

They follow but presumption and what their souls desire, though there has certainly come to them guidance from their Lord. [An-Najm 23]

Allah, The Exalted, said:

إِن يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا ٱلظَّنَّ وَإِنَّ ٱلظَّنَّ لَا يُغْنِى مِنَ ٱلْحَقِّ شَيْـًٔا

They follow but presumption. And verily, presumption does not avail anything against the truth. [An-Najm 28]

Allah, The Exalted, said:

وَمَا يَتَّبِعُ أَكْثَرُهُمْ إِلَّا ظَنًّا إِنَّ ٱلظَّنَّ لَا يُغْنِى مِنَ ٱلْحَقِّ شَيْـًٔا إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلِيمٌۢ بِمَا يَفْعَلُونَ

And most of them follow nothing but conjecture. Certainly, conjecture can be of no avail against the truth. Surely, Allah is All-Aware of what they do.[Yunus 36]

Through His immense mercy, Allah rescued us from the ideologies propagated by philosophers, including those regarded as political or social scientists, which we pursued during our higher education before being guided to the authentic Sunnah. A notable political philosopher whose ideas significantly influenced our misguided perceptions of global events was Francis Fukuyama. In 1989, he posited that the Western democratic and capitalist model had achieved a definitive triumph, suggesting that while various events would continue to unfold, the ideological struggle had concluded with the ascendance of the Western liberal political and economic model as the singular and superior choice for humanity’s future. This notion, which can be characterised as one of Mr. Fukuyama’s misconceptions, was encountered during our academic journey in the mid to late 1990s. At that time, it shaped our worldview and fueled our aspirations to engage in politics. However, Allah guided us to the Sunnah and distanced us from speculations of these people. Therefore, it is essential for those who take pride in their children pursuing studies in social or political sciences to exercise extreme caution, as the vast majority of those in authority within these fields reject the infallible guidance provided by the Prophets and Messengers of Allah, establishing principles that lead humanity away from the path ordained by the Creator. Allah, the Most High, stated:

ثُمَّ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَـٰمَةِ يُخۡزِيهِمۡ وَيَقُولُ أَيۡنَ شُرَڪَآءِىَ ٱلَّذِينَ كُنتُمۡ تُشَـٰٓقُّونَ فِيہِمۡ‌ۚ قَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡعِلۡمَ إِنَّ ٱلۡخِزۡىَ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ وَٱلسُّوٓءَ عَلَى ٱلۡڪَـٰفِرِينَ

Those before them indeed plotted, but Allah struck at the foundation of their building, and then the roof fell down upon them, from above them, and the torment overtook them from directions they did not perceive. Then, on the Day of Resurrection, He will disgrace them and will say: “Where are My (so called) ‘partners’ concerning whom you used to disagree and dispute (with the believers, by defying and disobeying Allah)?” Those who have been given the knowledge (about the Torment of Allah for the disbelievers) will say: “Verily! Disgrace this Day and misery are upon the disbelievers. [An-Nahl. 26-27]

They plotted against their Messengers, employed various tricks in order to reject that which the messengers brought and established gigantic safeguards for their plots. [فَأَتَى ٱللَّهُ بُنۡيَـٰنَهُم مِّنَ ٱلۡقَوَاعِدِ – but Allah struck at the foundation of their building]– Meaning, an affair came to them from its basis and foundation; [فَخَرَّ عَلَيۡہِمُ ٱلسَّقۡفُ مِن فَوۡقِهِمۡ – and then the roof fell down upon them, from above them] -Meaning, so what they built became a punishment for them. [وَأَتَٮٰهُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُ مِنۡ حَيۡثُ لَا يَشۡعُرُونَ – and the torment overtook them from directions they did not perceive]: Meaning, because they thought that such a building will benefit and protect them from punishment, but their punishment occurred from that which they built and established. This is one the best of parables regarding how Allah nullifies the plots of his enemies, for indeed they pondered and reflected on that which the Messengers brought when they belied them, concocted principles and rules based on falsehood, referred back to them to reject that which the Messengers came with, employed tricks to bring about discomfort to the Messengers, and to inflict harm on them and their followers, but their plot became a source of evil against them, so their plan became their destruction, because their plot was evil as Allah said: [ وَلَا يَحِيقُ الْمَكْرُ السَّيِّئُ إِلَّا بِأَهْلِهِ – But the evil plot encompasses only him who makes it]. [Fatir. 43]

This is in this worldly life and the punishment in the afterlife would be more disgraceful, and due to this Allah said: [ثُمَّ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَـٰمَةِ يُخۡزِيهِمۡ – Then, on the Day of Resurrection, He will disgrace them]. [1]

The notion that the world has unanimously embraced liberal democracy as the ultimate political framework and lifestyle is a mere rejection of the undeniable truths found within the sacred texts of the final divine revelation. These texts speak of the return of justice rooted in the methodology of the Prophets, peace and blessings be upon them, alongside the rulership of Prophet Isa, peace be upon him. In that era, justice will once again reign supreme, guided by the principles of the Qur’an and the authentic Sunnah. The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said:

“Prophethood will remain amongst you for as long as Allah wills it to be. Then Allah will raise it when He wills to raise it. Then there will be the khilaafah upon the Prophetic methodology. And it will last for as long as Allaah wills it to last. Then Allaah will raise it when He wills to raise it. Then there will be biting kingship, and it will remain for as long as Allaah wills it to remain. Then Allaah will raise it when He wills to raise it. Then there will be tyrannical (forceful) kingship and it will remain for as long as Allaah wills it to remain. Then He will raise it when He wills to raise it. Then there will be a khilafah upon the Prophetic methodology”. Then he (the Prophet) was silent. [Footnote a]

Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, reported that Allah’s Messenger, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: “By Him in Whose hand is my life, the son of Mary, peace be upon him, will soon descend among you as a just judge. He will break crosses, kill swine and abolish Jizya and the wealth will pour forth to such an extent that no one will accept it”. [Sahih Muslim 155]

We must express our profound gratitude to Allah for guiding us away from the uncertainties posed by philosophical musings. The ebb and flow of political power across the globe, along with the unfolding of future events, rests firmly within the divine will of Allah, as confirmed by the unerring truths of sacred revelation.

Allah’s Messenger and what has been revealed to him are the authorities one must study in order to understand the subject of trials and tribulations before the end of time. As a result, one cannot return to the following matters: the narrations of the people of the Scripture, opinions and dreams, weak and false narrations, analogy, and political, economic, or socialist analysis. That is because the narrations about the trials and tribulations, the signs of the Hour, and the strife that will occur are from the (affairs) of the Religion, and the Religion is Tawqeefee (i.e. its source can only be established from the divine texts of the Qur’an and the authentic Sunnah). So, whatever is reported from the Prophet with authentic chains of transmission about (upcoming events) is necessary for a Muslim to believe, whether it appeals to the intellect or not, and this is the reality of one’s testimony that Muhammad is Allah’s Messenger.

Allah (The Most High) said:

وَمَا يَنْطِقُ عَنِ الْهَوَىٰ

إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا وَحْيٌ يُوحَىٰ

Nor does he (Muhammad) speak of (his own) desire. It is only an Inspiration that is inspired. [An-Najm. 3]

Allah (The Most High) said:

وَمَا آتَاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانْتَهُو

And whatsoever the Messenger (Muhammad) gives you, take it, and whatsoever he forbids you, abstain (from it)].[Al-Hashr. 7]

Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, reported:

One day while we were sitting with Allah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] there appeared before us a man whose clothes were exceedingly white and whose hair was exceedingly black; no signs of journeying were to be seen on him and none of us knew him. He walked up and sat down by the prophet. Resting his knees against his and placing the palms of his hands on his thighs, he said: “O Muhammad, tell me about Islam”. The messenger of Allah said: “Islam is to testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah, to perform the prayers, to pay the zakat, to fast in Ramadan, and to make the pilgrimage to the House if you are able to do so.” He said: “You have spoken rightly’’ And we were amazed at him asking him and saying that he had spoken rightly. He said: “Then tell me about Iman.” He said: ”It is to believe in Allah, His angels, His books, His messengers, and the Last Day, and to believe in divine destiny, both the good and the evil thereof.” He said: “You have spoken rightly”. He said: “Then tell me about Ihsan.” He said: “It is to worship Allah as though you are seeing Him, and while you see Him not yet truly He sees you”. He said: “Then tell me about the Hour”. He said: “The one questioned about it knows no better than the questioner.” He said: “Then tell me about its signs.” He said: “That the slave-girl will give birth to her mistress and that you will see the barefooted, naked, destitute herdsman competing in constructing lofty buildings.” Then he took himself off and I stayed for a time. Then he said: “O Umar, do you know who the questioner was?” I said: “Allah and His messenger know best”. He said: “He was Gibreel (Gabriel), who came to you to teach you your religion”. [Reported by Muslim. Kitaab al-Iman. Chapter: Iman, Islam and Ihsan. Hadeeth Number: 8]

The testimony in this hadeeth is the statement of the Prophet, “He was Gibreel, who came to you to teach you your religion”. Therefore, the principle in the preceding hadeeth is that the Prophet asked a question concerning the Hour and its circumstances, and he established that it is something contained in religion. The trials and tribulations, circumstances, and strife associated with the (portents) of the Hour are from the religion, and it is not for anybody to speak about it based on their own (opinions, views, analysis, interpretations, etc.). Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, reported that Allah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] said, “The Hour will not be established till two big groups fight each other whereupon there will be a great number of casualties on both sides and they will be following one and the same path, till about thirty Dajjals (liars) appear and each one of them will claim that he is Allah’s Messenger, till religious knowledge is taken away (by the death of Religious scholars), earthquakes will increase in number; time will pass quickly, afflictions will appear, Al-Harj, (i.e., killing) will increase, till wealth will be in abundance – so abundant that a wealthy person will worry lest nobody should accept his Zakat, and whenever he will present it to someone, that person (to whom it will be offered) will say, ‘I am not in need of it, till the people compete with one another in constructing high buildings, till a man when passing by a grave of someone will say, ‘Would that I were in his place’ and till the sun rises from the West. So when the sun will rise and the people will see it (rising from the West) they will all believe (accept Islam) but that will be the time when: (as Allah said) [لاَ يَنْفَعُ نَفْسًا إِيمَانُهَا لَمْ تَكُنْ آمَنَتْ مِنْ قَبْلُ، أَوْ كَسَبَتْ فِي إِيمَانِهَا خَيْرًا – no good will it do to a person to believe then, if he believed not before, nor earned good (by performing deeds of righteousness) through his Faith]. And the Hour will be established while two men spreading a garment in front of them but they will not be able to sell it, nor fold it up, and Hour will be established when a man has milked his she-camel and has taken away the milk but he will not be able to drink it, and Hour will be established before a man repairing a tank (for his livestock) is able to water (his animals) in it, and Hour will be established when a person has raised a morsel (of food) to his mouth but will not be able to eat it.” [Saheeh Al-Bukhaari. Hadeeth Number 7121]

Abu Zaid -Amr Bin Akhtab [may Allah be pleased with him] reported: Allah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] led us in the dawn prayer and then mounted the pulpit and addressed us until it was (time for the) noon prayer. He then came down the pulpit and observed prayer and then again mounted the pulpit and again addressed us until it was time for the ‘Asr prayer. He then again came down and observed the prayer and again mounted the pulpit and addressed us until the sun was set and he informed (us about) everything (pertaining to turmoil) that lay hidden in the past and what lies in (the womb) of) the future and the most learned amongst us is one who remembers them well. [ Saheeh Muslim 2892]

Imam Muslim said: Chapter: The Conquest Of Constantinople, The Emergence Of The Dajjal And The Descent Of ‘Isa Bin Maryam [peace be upon him]: Abu Hurairah [may Allah be pleased with him] reported that Allah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] said: The Last Hour would not come until the Romans would land at al-A’maq or in Dabiq. An army consisting of the best (soldiers) of the people of the earth at that time will come from Medina (to counteract them). When they will arrange themselves in ranks, the Romans would say: Do not stand between us and those (Muslims) who took prisoners from amongst us. Let us fight with them; and the Muslims would say: Nay, by Allah, we would never get aside from you and from our brethren that you may fight them. They will then fight and a third (part) of the army would run away, whom Allah will never forgive. A third (part of the army) which would be constituted of excellent martyrs in Allah’s eye, would be killed and the third who would never be put to trial would win and they would be conquerors of Constantinople. And as they would be busy distributing the spoils of war (amongst themselves) after hanging their swords by the olive trees, Satan would cry: The Dajjal has taken your place among your family. They would then come out, but it would be of no avail. And when they would come to Syria, he would come out while they would be still preparing themselves for battle drawing up the ranks. Certainly, the time of prayer shall come, and then Jesus (peace be upon him) son of Mary would descend and would lead them. When the enemy of Allah would see him, it would (disappear) just as the salt dissolves itself in water, and if he (Jesus) were not to confront them at all, even then it would dissolve completely, but Allah would kill them by his hand and he would show them their blood on his lance (the lance of Jesus Christ). [Saheeh Muslim. 2897]

Abu Hurairah [may Allah be pleased with him] narrated that Allah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] said, “By Allah in Whose Hands my soul is, son of Mary (Jesus) will shortly descend amongst you people (Muslims) as a just ruler and will break the Cross and kill the pig and abolish the Jizya (a tax taken from the non-Muslims, who are in the protection, of the Muslim government). Then there will be an abundance of money and nobody will accept charitable gifts”. [Saheeh Al-Bukhaari 2222]

Abu Hurairah [may Allah be pleased with him] narrated that Allah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] said, “What would you do when the son of Mary would descend amongst you and would lead you as one amongst you? Ibn Abi Dhi’b on the authority of Abu Huraira narrated: Your leader amongst you. Ibn Abi Dhi’b said: Do you know what the words:” He would lead as one amongst you” mean? I said: Explain these to me. He said: He would lead you according to the Book of your: Lord (hallowed be He and most exalted) and the Sunnah of your Messenger”. [Saheeh Muslim 155]

Hudhaifah [may Allah be pleased with him] reported that Allah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] stood before us one day and he did not leave anything unsaid (that he had to say) at that very spot which would happen (in the shape of turmoil) up to the Last Hour. Those who had to remember them preserved them in their minds and those who could not remember them forgot them. My friends knew them and there are certain things that slip out of my mind, but I recapitulate them when anyone makes a mention of them just as a person is lost from one’s mind but is recalled to him upon seeing his face. [Saheeh Muslim 2891]

Abu Hurairah [may Allah be pleased with him] reported that Allah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] said: The Last Hour would not come before the Euphrates uncovers a mountain of gold, for which people would fight. Ninety-nine out of each one hundred would die but every man amongst them would say that perhaps he would be the one who would be saved (and thus possess this gold). [Saheeh Muslim 2894]

The Beast:

Allah says:

وَإِذَا وَقَعَ ٱلۡقَوۡلُ عَلَيۡہِمۡ أَخۡرَجۡنَا لَهُمۡ دَآبَّةً۬ مِّنَ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ تُكَلِّمُهُمۡ أَنَّ ٱلنَّاسَ كَانُواْ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَا لَا يُوقِنُونَ

And when the Word (of torment) is fulfilled against them, We shall bring out from the earth a beast to them, which will speak to them because mankind believed not with certainty in Our Ayat (Verses of the Qur’an and Prophet Muhammad).

Imam As-Sadi [may Allah have mercy upon him] commented: Meaning, when the time comes for the warning, which Allah has decided; [أَخۡرَجۡنَا لَهُمۡ دَآبَّةً۬ مِّنَ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ – We shall bring out from the earth a beast to them] or one of the earth’s beasts, rather than the heavens. This beast [تُكَلِّمُهُمۡ – will speak to them]; Meaning, it would speak to the people about how they did not believe with certainty in Our (i.e. Allah’s) signs due to a lack of knowledge and certainty in Allah’s signs. So Allah will make this beast appear as one of His amazing signs to manifest to the people what they doubted. This beast is the well-known beast that will appear at the end of time, and it will be one of the (major) signs indicating the approach of the Day of Judgement, as mentioned in many Prophetic narrations. Abu Umamah [may Allah be pleased with him] narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “The beast will emerge and strike the people on their noses, then their numbers will increase among you until a man will buy a camel and they will say, ‘Who did you buy it from?’ and he will say, ‘I bought it from one of those with a mark on their noses’”. [Reported by Imam Ahmad 22362 and declared authentic by Imaam Al Albaanee in As-Sisilah As-Saheehah. Number 322]

Anas [may Allah be pleased with him] reported that Allah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] said, “The Hour will not occur until ‘Allah, Allah’ is not said on earth.” [Saheeh Muslim 148]

Abu Hurairah [may Allah be pleased with him] said that Allah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] said, “When three things appear, faith will not benefit one who has not previously believed or has derived no good from his faith: the rising of the sun in its place of setting, the Dajjal, and the beast of the earth”. [Saheeh Muslim. Number 158]

Shaikh Al-Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah [may Allah have mercy upon him] as follows:

In the Qur’an and authentic Prophetic reports, there are numerous reports regarding that which will take place in the worldly life and the Hereafter, and the events that occurred perfectly after the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] spoke about them many years prior to their occurrence, such as his statement: ‘The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Turks; people with small eyes, red faces, and flat noses. Their faces will look like shields coated with leather. The Hour will not be established till you fight with people whose shoes are made of hair. [Saheeh Al-Bukhaari. Number 2928]

Those amongst the Muslims – who saw and fought those Turks when their king Genghis Khan appeared, his children and grandchildren, such as Hulagu Khan and other than him amongst the disbelieving kings- could not describe them better than how the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] described them [i.e. even though he did not meet them]. He stated this 600 years prior to its occurrence. (4)

In addition to the misguided political theorists, the practitioners of dark arts, including devil-worshipping magicians, soothsayers, and psychics, also partake in this malevolence. Al-Allamah Rabee Bin Hadi Al-Mad’khali, may Allah preserve him, stated:

Among the liars – whose affair has been unveiled by Islam in the Qur’an and the Sunnah – are the soothsayers, fortune tellers and magicians. They are from the most evil liars. Allah said:

هَلۡ أُنَبِّئُكُمۡ عَلَىٰ مَن تَنَزَّلُ ٱلشَّيَـٰطِينُ

تَنَزَّلُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ أَفَّاكٍ أَثِيمٍ۬

يُلۡقُونَ ٱلسَّمۡعَ وَأَڪۡثَرُهُمۡ كَـٰذِبُونَ

وَٱلشُّعَرَآءُ يَتَّبِعُهُمُ ٱلۡغَاوُ ۥنَ

أَلَمۡ تَرَ أَنَّهُمۡ فِى ڪُلِّ وَادٍ۬ يَهِيمُونَ

وَأَنَّہُمۡ يَقُولُونَ مَا لَا يَفۡعَلُونَ

إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ وَذَكَرُواْ ٱللَّهَ كَثِيرً۬ا وَٱنتَصَرُواْ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا ظُلِمُواْ‌ۗ وَسَيَعۡلَمُ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوٓاْ أَىَّ مُنقَلَبٍ۬ يَنقَلِبُونَ

Shall I inform you (O people!) upon whom the Shayatin (devils) descend? They descend on every lying (one who tells lies), sinful person. Who gives ear (to the devils and they pour what they may have heard of the unseen from the angels), and most of them are liars. As for the poets, the erring follow them; see you not that they speak about every subject (praising others right or wrong) in their poetry? And that they say what they do not do. Except those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism), and do righteous deeds, and remember Allah much, and reply back (in poetry) to the unjust poetry (which the pagan poets utter against the Muslims). And those who do wrong will come to know by what overturning they will be overturned. [Ash-Shu’araa. 221-222]

Allah made it known that the devils descend on these types of liars, even the poets amongst them; except those who believe, perform righteous deeds and reply back (in poetry) to the unjust poetry (which the pagan poets utter against the Muslims).

The Messenger said, “Whoever goes to a fortune teller or soothsayer and believes in what he says has disbelieved in what has been revealed to Muhammad”. [Sahih al-Jami. Number 5015]

It has been reported in an authentic narrations that the devils eavesdrop in the [first] heavens and then inform the magician or the soothsayer, then they add a hundred lies to it; so the ignorant wrong doer believes them whilst being aware of the recompense for the one who believes them. If this is the ruling against the one who believes them, then how about the one who is immersed in the sludge of soothsaying, magic and fortune telling? Therefore, the Muslims should also be cautious of these evil category of people and from their most distinct characteristics is lying. Allah and Messenger testified that indeed they are liars and made known their attachment to the devils. [5]

The Khawaariq – [Phenomena Attributed to Something Outside The Norm]

Shaikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah [may Allah have mercy upon him] said:

The Khawaariq by way of which the devils misguide the children of Adam – such as when the devils take the image of a person who is absent or has passed away and what is similar to this – has misguided many of those who ascribe themselves to the Muslims or to the people of the Scripture. They establish this on two affairs: Firstly, that whoever from whom these khawaariq occurs is a Wali, and according to the term of the Christians he is a Qadees A’dheem – a great saint! Secondly, that the one from whom these khawaariq occurs is therefore infallible, everything he narrates is truth and everything he commands is justice”. However, it can definitely be the case that neither did a phenomena outside the norm – whether unrelated or related to sound knowledge and piety – occur from such a person nor a phenomena outside the normal related to deeds of the devils; rather the person merely carried out the tricks of the liars and wicked sinners. The tricks of the liars and wicked sinners are numerous indeed, so one thinks that they are amazing events outside the norm, however neither is that the case nor is it something similar to the tricks of the monks. Some people have written books regarding the tricks of the monks, such as the trick reported about one of them changing water into oil- that when the oil is in the interior of the lighthouse, the water gradually reduces and thus the oil floats [or pops up] on the water, so those who are present think that the water has changed into oil. The likes of this affair are numerous from the tricks of those Christians, because all that those Christians possess – those who altered the religion of the Messiah [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] – of activities that are attributed to something out of the norm are either from the devils or they are tricks, and there’s nothing in them related to the miracles of the righteous people.

Similarly, the deviated people – those who seek to alter the religion of Muhammad – adopt a religion that is not legislated by Allah and His Messenger, then they make it a path of worship and give it precedence over the path that is legislated by Allah and His Messenger. For example, they give precedence to listening to sounds from the tambourines and the shrill flutes over listening to the book of Allah, so one of them goes into a state of ecstasy and a satanic trance through which he becomes muddled up with shaytaan until he speaks in a language he does not know. Then when he returns to his senses – just as when a jinn speaks through the tongue of the one who is possessed and after informing the people of that which is in his heart and soul, which is from the Shaytaan, and the shaytaan leaves him -, he cannot repeat what he said at first.

The heretics alter the religion of the Messengers – either the religion of the Messiah or seek to alter the religion of Muhammad, and amongst the likes of such people are the proponents of hearsay, misguidance, the disbelievers, the polytheists, apostates and other than them, such as the likes of Musaylimah the liar, Al-Aswad Al-Unzee, Al-Haarith Ad-Dimashqee, Baabaa Roomee and other than them amongst those who engaged in activities that are considered to be outside the norm [i.e. so called miracles] but [in reality] are related to the deeds of the devils.

As for the tricksters, they are numerous and they are not Awliyaa of Allah. Their so called amazing activities that are outside the norm- if not related to the satanic deeds of the soothsayers and the magicians – a just tricks. They deliberately lie and deceive unlike those connected to the devils, because amongst them is he who deceives, so one thinks that what he does is from the miracles of the righteous people, just as amongst them is one who knows that what he does is from the devils, but he does so in order to achieve his goals.

The intent behind this discussion is that many of the activities that are considered to be outside of the norm [i.e. so called miracles] are either satanic deeds or tricks, so one thinks that they are the true miracles of the righteous people, for indeed that which whose cause is based on Shirk and wicked deeds can only be from the devils, such as when a person associates partners with Allah by invoking the stars, or invokes a person- whether such a person is dead or absent, or he makes an oath through unknown words and statements whose meanings are not known, or he knows that they are names of devils, or seeks aid through lewd conduct and oppression, then such deeds – considered to be outside of the norm that emanates from this – are from the devils.

The righteous people have miracles such as the miracles of the pious people of this Ummah [may Allah have mercy upon them], the miracles of the disciples of the Messiah [may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon the Messiah, and may Allah have mercy upon the disciples] and other than them amongst those who were upon the correct and unaltered religion of the Messiah. However, the occurrence of miracles at the hands of the righteous people does not necessitate that they are infallible like the Prophets [peace and blessings of Allah be upon them]; rather it maybe that a righteous man- a Wali – has miracles, but despite this he mixes up by error and makes a mistake in that which he thinks or what he is made to hear or see, or what he sees, or what he understands from the revealed Scripture. And because of this, the statements of those other than the Prophets [peace and blessings of Allah be upon them] can either be accepted or rejected [i.e. based on evidence], but as for the Prophets [peace and blessings of Allah be upon them], it is obligated on a person to affirm truthfully everything they have related regarding the affairs of the unseen and obey them in everything they command. And due to this, Allah [The Exalted] obligated on a person to believe in everything the Prophets [peace and blessings of Allah be upon them] brought and did not obligate on a person to believe in everything that comes from others. Allah [The Exalted] said:

قُولُوٓاْ ءَامَنَّا بِٱللَّهِ وَمَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيۡنَا وَمَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَىٰٓ إِبۡرَٲهِـۧمَ وَإِسۡمَـٰعِيلَ وَإِسۡحَـٰقَ وَيَعۡقُوبَ وَٱلۡأَسۡبَاطِ وَمَآ أُوتِىَ مُوسَىٰ وَعِيسَىٰ وَمَآ أُوتِىَ ٱلنَّبِيُّونَ مِن رَّبِّهِمۡ لَا نُفَرِّقُ بَيۡنَ أَحَدٍ۬ مِّنۡهُمۡ وَنَحۡنُ لَهُ ۥ مُسۡلِمُونَ

Say (O Muslims), “We believe in Allah and that which has been sent down to us and that which has been sent down to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma’il (Ishmael), Ishaque (Isaac), Ya’qub (Jacob), and to Al-Asbat [the twelve sons of Ya’qub (Jacob)], and that which has been given to Musa (Moses) and ‘Iesa (Jesus), and that which has been given to the Prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and to Him we have submitted (in Islam).” [Al-Baqarah. 136]

Allah [The Exalted] said:

لَّيۡسَ ٱلۡبِرَّ أَن تُوَلُّواْ وُجُوهَكُمۡ قِبَلَ ٱلۡمَشۡرِقِ وَٱلۡمَغۡرِبِ وَلَـٰكِنَّ ٱلۡبِرَّ مَنۡ ءَامَنَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأَخِرِ وَٱلۡمَلَـٰٓٮِٕڪَةِ وَٱلۡكِتَـٰبِ وَٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ

It is not Al-Birr (piety, righteousness, and each and every act of obedience to Allah, etc.) that you turn your faces towards east and (or) west (in prayers); but Al-Birr is (the quality of) the one who believes in Allah, the Last Day, the Angels, the Book, the Prophets. [Al-Baqarah. 177]

And because of this the Muslims are all in agreement that the one who disbelieved in a single Prophet whose Prophethood is well known, then he is a disbeliever- an apostate. There is no distinction between one Prophet from the other- by believing in some and disbelieving in others. Allah said:

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَكۡفُرُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَرُسُلِهِۦ وَيُرِيدُونَ أَن يُفَرِّقُواْ بَيۡنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرُسُلِهِۦ وَيَقُولُونَ نُؤۡمِنُ بِبَعۡضٍ۬ وَنَڪۡفُرُ بِبَعۡضٍ۬ وَيُرِيدُونَ أَن يَتَّخِذُواْ بَيۡنَ ذَٲلِكَ سَبِيلاً

أُوْلَـٰٓٮِٕكَ هُمُ ٱلۡكَـٰفِرُونَ حَقًّ۬ا‌ۚ وَأَعۡتَدۡنَا لِلۡكَـٰفِرِينَ عَذَابً۬ا مُّهِينً۬ا

Verily, those who disbelieve in Allah and His Messengers and wish to make distinction between Allah and His Messengers (by believing in Allah and disbelieving in His Messengers) saying, “We believe in some but reject others,” and wish to adopt a way in between. They are in truth disbelievers. And We have prepared for the disbelievers a humiliating torment. [An-Nisaa. 150-151] [6]

We ask Allah:

اللَّهُمَّ أَصْلِحْ لِي دِينِي الَّذِي هُوَ عِصْمَةُ أَمْرِي

وَأَصْلِحْ لِي دُنْيَايَ الَّتِي فِيهَا مَعَاشِي

وَأَصْلِحْ لِي آخِرَتِي الَّتِي فِيهَا مَعَادِي

وَاجْعَلِ الْحَيَاةَ زِيَادَةً لِي فِي كُلِّ خَيْرٍ

وَاجْعَلِ الْمَوْتَ رَاحَةً لِي مِنْ كُلِّ شَرٍّ

O Allah! Rectify my religion for me, which is the safeguard of my affairs; rectify my worldly [affairs], wherein is my livelihood; and rectify my Afterlife to which is my return; and make life for me [as a means of] increase in every good and make death for me as a rest from every evil. [7]

Reality of The Charity or Aid Given By The Organised Exploiter

In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allah [The Exalted] said: [قَوۡلٌ۬ مَّعۡرُوفٌ۬ وَمَغۡفِرَةٌ خَيۡرٌ۬ مِّن صَدَقَةٍ۬ يَتۡبَعُهَآ أَذً۬ى‌ۗ وَٱللَّهُ غَنِىٌّ حَلِيمٌ۬ – Kind words and forgiving of faults are better than Sadaqah (charity) followed by injury. And Allah is Rich (Free of all wants) and He is Most-Forbearing]. [Al-Baqarah. 263]

Imam Ibn Al-Qayyim, may Allah have mercy upon him, stated:

Allah informed us that kind speech- which all hearts recognise and do not reject; and forgiveness- to pardon the one who treated you badly, are better than charity that is followed by harm. Kind speech is good treatment and charity through speech; and forgiveness is good treatment by way of refraining from retaliation and holding someone responsible. These are two types of good treatments. As for charity followed by harm, it is a good deed that is followed by its nullifier, and there is no doubt that two good deeds are better than a good dead that is nullified. This also includes the forgiveness shown by the person when he encounters some harm and harsh behaviour from the one who he could not fulfil his request; therefore, showing forgiveness to him would be better than giving him charity and then harming him. Speaking kindly to him, refraining (from retaliation) and forgiving him is better for you than giving him charity and then harming him.

Then Allah [The Most High] ended this verse with the mention of two of His Attributes which are suitable for mention in this affair, saying: [وَٱللَّهُ غَنِىٌّ حَلِيمٌ۬- and He is Most-Forbearing]. Indeed, Allah is not in need of you and nothing (from the benefits of) your charity reaches him, rather all the abundant good in this charity and its benefits returns to you and not to Allah [Glorified and Exalted be He]. Therefore, how can one flaunt through his spending and causes harm while Allah is completely not in need of it and everything else besides it. In addition to this, Allah is forbearing because He does not hasten punishment against the one who flaunts. Allah is completely free from need in every way and He is the One described as One with forbearance, the one who overlooks and forgives, alongside the fact that He bestows His vast favours and ample gifts; then how can one of you harm another person by flaunting and offending, even though what you give is little, and you are weak and poor (in the sight of Allah). Then Allah said:

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تُبۡطِلُواْ صَدَقَـٰتِكُم بِٱلۡمَنِّ وَٱلۡأَذَىٰ كَٱلَّذِى يُنفِقُ مَالَهُ ۥ رِئَآءَ ٱلنَّاسِ وَلَا يُؤۡمِنُ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأَخِرِ‌ۖ فَمَثَلُهُ ۥ كَمَثَلِ صَفۡوَانٍ عَلَيۡهِ تُرَابٌ۬ فَأَصَابَهُ ۥ وَابِلٌ۬ فَتَرَڪَهُ ۥ صَلۡدً۬ا‌ۖ لَّا يَقۡدِرُونَ عَلَىٰ شَىۡءٍ۬ مِّمَّا ڪَسَبُواْ‌ۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهۡدِى ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلۡكَـٰفِرِينَ

O you who believe! Do not render in vain your Sadaqah (charity) by reminders of your generosity or by injury, like him who spends his wealth to be seen of men, and he does not believe in Allah, nor in the Last Day. His likeness is the likeness of a smooth rock on which is a little dust; on it falls heavy rain which leaves it bare. They are not able to do anything with what they have earned. And Allah does not guide the disbelieving people. [Al-Baqarah 264]

This spender, whose spending has been nullified, is likened to a Safwaan – a rock with a smooth, flat, and slippery surface and with dust on it. Then heavy rain falls on it, washing away the dust and leaving it bare, devoid of any vegetation or growth. This is one of the finest and most profound parables because it draws a parallel between the heart of such a spender, who flaunts and his spending is devoid of belief in Allah and the Last Day, to the rock itself, symbolising hardness, rigidity, and lack of benefit. It demonstrates the impact of charity represented by the fine dust on the rock, and the heavy rain that washes it away, mirroring the nullification and removal of the spender’s charity. Consequently, the spender is unable to reap any rewards from his charity, as it has been nullified and removed.

Another perspective on this is that (even though) someone spends for something other than the sake of Allah, it may seem like they have performed a deed that will be rewarded. So, it seems as if it is made to grow like the grain that is sown in fertile soil and it grows seven ears, and each era has a hundred grains. However, hidden behind this spending there is something that prevents it from gaining anything, just like a rock hidden beneath the soil that stops seeds from sprouting and growing. Human kindness is universally recognised across nations, and caring for the less fortunate is a value upheld by all societies, even if it doesn’t always translate into real-world actions. However, the challenge of equitable wealth distribution, treating others fairly, and avoiding the exploitation of the vulnerable—whether among individuals or nations—remains critical. The pursuit of global dominance at the cost of fairness and integrity often results in conflict, wars and various forms of oppression.

Firstly, wars, for many, serve primarily as instruments of control over both human lives and financial assets. The Qur’an recounts the stories of ancient tyrants like the people of Aad, Thamud and Fir’awn, illustrating their extreme arrogance and disbelief as they flaunted their might.

Imam Ibn Al-Qayyim, may Allah have mercy upon him, said:

Every sin is a legacy inherited from a nation that was destroyed by Allah Almighty. For instance, the practice of homosexuality is a legacy from the people of Prophet Lut, peace be upon him, while the act of taking more than one is entitled to is a legacy from the people of Shu’ayb, peace be upon him. The corruption and arrogance displayed on earth are inherited from the people of Pharaoh, and the pride and tyranny are legacies from the people of Prophet Hud, peace be upon him. Thus, the sinner is adorned in the garments of these nations, which are enemies of Allah. [2]

Some of our elders who had some military experience often emphasised that the dropping of the first two atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki was a crucial turning point in the struggle for power and supremacy. This devastating event revealed the horrifying capacity for destruction that can annihilate lives and infrastructure, instilling a lasting fear among nations even to this day. Furthermore, it marked a transition towards conflicts that aim to circumvent direct engagement, instead employing threats and extreme violence as means to achieve absolute control and domination. Al-Allamah Rabee Bin Hadi al-Mad’khali, may Allah safeguard him, illuminated this reality in his remarks regarding those who showed disrespect towards the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him:

The creation of bombs, destructive weapons, warplanes, tanks, and long-range missiles lies squarely on your shoulders. It is your twisted intellect that has brought forth these instruments of chaos, driven by a relentless desire for transgression, hostility, and domination. You seek to conquer entire populations, enslaving them, shedding their blood, and plundering their resources. Your sole focus is on eradicating those who dare to oppose your insatiable greed and your oppressive agenda, all while cloaking your actions in the guise of civilization, human rights, freedom, and justice.

It is well understood among discerning individuals that your past is marred by a series of uncivil and terrorist actions, a legacy that has been documented by both your adversaries and your supposed allies. Those who remain unaware of this troubling history should take the time to explore the accounts of your invasions of various nations, or at the very least, examine the devastating consequences of the two World Wars. To illustrate, the First World War alone claimed over 10 million lives in Europe, predominantly among the finest youth of those nations. Furthermore, more than double that number suffered severe injuries, leaving them permanently disabled. The Second World War resulted in a staggering loss of life, with approximately 17 million soldiers and an additional 18 million civilians perishing in just five and a half years. Financially, the military expenditures soared to an estimated $1.1 trillion, while the overall economic impact of the war is valued at around $2.1 trillion. This devastation extends beyond human casualties; entire cities were obliterated, vast areas of land were rendered uninhabitable, agricultural lands were inundated, and countless factories and farms ceased operations. The toll also includes the significant loss of livestock, compounding the tragedy of this global conflict. [(Al-Harb al-‘Aalamiyyah ath-Thaaniyah by Ramadhaan Land, p.448-449) (Lit: The Second World War)]

The Hiroshima Bomb:

The author of “al-Harb al-‘Aalamiyyah ath-Thaaniyah” (p.446-447) discusses the harrowing event of the first atomic bomb. In an interview with Marcel Junod, a Red Cross representative, a Japanese survivor recounted the terrifying moment of the explosion. He described how, out of nowhere, blinding, muddy pink lights erupted, accompanied by an unsettling tremor. This was swiftly followed by a suffocating surge of heat and fierce winds that devastated everything in their wake.

In mere seconds, countless individuals traversing the streets or gathered in the heart of the city faced a horrific fate, consumed by flames. Many succumbed to the overwhelming heat that radiated throughout the area. Others lay on the ground, writhing in agony from severe burns that covered their bodies. Everything at the epicenter of the disaster—walls, homes, factories, and other structures—was utterly obliterated, with remnants violently propelled into the sky in a terrifying whirlwind. Trams were uprooted from their steel tracks, tossed aside as if they were weightless. Trains, along with their tracks, were lifted effortlessly, resembling mere playthings. Animals, including horses, dogs, and livestock, suffered the same tragic fate as the people. Every living creature was snuffed out in a single, harrowing moment that defies description. Trees were consumed by fierce flames, rice fields turned to ash, and farms crackled and disintegrated like brittle straw.

The areas that narrowly escaped immediate devastation were left in ruins: homes lay in ruins, reduced to mere heaps of wooden debris scattered among the remnants of bricks and stone foundations. It was as if these structures had been made of cardboard, obliterated in a vast zone of destruction spanning 10 kilometers. Those who survived found themselves engulfed by fierce, raging fires. The few fortunate enough to reach any form of shelter in time faced agonizing deaths from gamma radiation within a mere 20 to 30 days. By nightfall on the day of the explosion, the inferno began to subside, eventually extinguishing itself as it ran out of fuel. Hiroshima had been reduced to nothingness. These are the very symbols of your civilization that you celebrate and boast about, while showing disdain towards Islam and its Prophet. Yet, you persist in amplifying every form of oppression and corruption, continuously creating more weapons of destruction and devastation. This, by Allah, represents the pinnacle of barbarism and inhumanity. Adorn yourselves with your own bombs, including the Hiroshima bomb and its counterparts, and let your leaders wear them as crowns. [end of quote] [3]

Similarly, our fathers often discussed the Cold War, highlighting how it illustrated the delicate balance of power between nuclear-armed countries. This equilibrium fostered a sense of mutual restraint, as all parties recognised that any military confrontation, especially involving nuclear weapons, would result in catastrophic destruction for everyone involved. They highlighted that these nations, despite their conflicts, shared a common civilizational heritage. However, this sense of restraint for the greater good did not apply to societies they deemed inferior, as such restraint would hinder the exploiters from taking advantage of the conflicts among weaker nations for their own gain.

Furthermore, some researchers have observed a profound transformation in conflicts since World War II, largely influenced by the effects of the industrial revolution in the West. That era marked a significant shift in the dynamics of power, particularly with the rise of machinery in the workforce, the supremacy of capital as a key economic driver, and the growing influence of media—especially print journalism, followed by visual and audio technologies, as well as information networks—that shape public opinion. As these elements of power gained prominence, they also deepened social patterns that were once novel and unfamiliar. The surge in machinery fueled a demand for luxury and comfort, fostering a culture centered around pleasure and hedonism. Sound beliefs and good behaviour ordained by the Creator waned. Moreover, the integration of women into the workforce and their emancipation from domestic roles led to increased social interaction, moral decline, and the fragmentation of the family unit, which is the cornerstone of society. As a result, the dominant ethics were largely dictated by machinery and market forces.

Despite the significant resources and technological progress achieved by some nations since the industrial revolution, it was crucial for them to also recognise the importance of weaker and poorer countries. These poorer nations are vital as they supply affordable raw materials and represent expansive consumer markets. Additionally, the challenges posed by these nations could not be overlooked by the more powerful countries. For example, historical events, such as the oil crises of 1973-1974 and 1979-1980, highlighted how the global landscape could threaten the economic, political, and social stability of wealthier nations if not addressed. However, even with considerable military strength, some of the more powerful nations have at times shown reluctance to sacrifice lives unless absolutely necessary for survival, reflecting a shift in societal values. Some researchers attributed this to decline in the sway of political and ideological movements in Western society after World War II, giving way to a more pragmatic approach, particularly in the United States.

In addition, a new phenomenon also emerged in the realm of conflict management, where each party seeks to pull the other into its own sphere of influence and expertise. The more dominant party often lure the other into this territory or traps them within it, reminiscent of the strategies used by drug dealers and traffickers. If they discover that their target lacks the necessary life circumstances to exploit, they initially offer free samples of drugs, followed by subsequent doses at a low price. This cycle continues until the individual becomes addicted and dependent on the substances, at which point they are manipulated into meeting demands and face coercion that leaves them with no option to refuse. As some authors have noted, this reflects a key aspect of unregulated capitalist economics, encapsulated in the adage: “Those who wield money as a weapon will always come out on top.”

Within these circumstances, there is a significant opportunity to shape how the public perceives various issues. Public opinion can be molded to not only embrace but also insist on the preferences of those in control of the narrative. This transformation hinges on influential media channels, which necessitate considerable financial backing. These platforms can effectively champion a particular economic framework and cultivate public readiness to embrace a new economic paradigm alongside modern social values. By promoting this economic model, they disseminate targeted cultural and ideological beliefs, ultimately eroding national, regional, or religious resistance to the acceptance of the new system. However, when a targeted nation or group resists the cultural agenda of a cultural crusader intent on seizing resources or asserting geopolitical power, the crusader often resorts to imposing economic sanctions that can escalate into partial or full economic blockades. This tactic is further supported by a range of political, diplomatic, and even sporting measures, all underpinned by a strategic media campaign designed to sway global public opinion in favour of these sanctions and actions. Consequently, the privatisation of essential services and major corporations may gradually be introduced into the global supply and demand market, all while national capital is constrained during this process. In this regard, the influence of multinational corporations, multi-branch NGOs, environmental advocacy groups, human rights organizations, and the shared fabric of human culture cannot be overstated. As these entities build a solid foundation and become essential players, the influence of the state in economic and social affairs diminishes, allowing multinational companies and large NGOs to take center stage.

The aim is to establish a global channel, facilitating a form of governance that operates free from the constraints of state authority. This channel may serve as a convenient rationale for intervention, cloaked in the noble pursuit of safeguarding foreign investments, alongside an array of adaptable justifications such as the protection of minority groups, the promotion of human rights, [Footnote a] the advancement of democracy, the preservation of the environment, and concerns regarding the possession of weapons of mass destruction, international terrorism, and drug trafficking. Yet, it remains unspoken that these actions are undertaken in the name of maintaining the prosperity and welfare of the cultural advocate, despite the presence of some justifications that may hint at such motives, albeit insufficient to warrant intervention.

Food and other Essentials:

A nation that declines to engage in cooperation and resists the exploiter may find itself subjected to blockades and sanctions, potentially jeopardising its food supply, especially if reliant on imports. [Footnote b] The vitality of local food production stands at risk when seeds, fertilizers, or machinery are procured from foreign sources. This concern extends to the pharmaceutical sector, where industrial operations may face disruption if raw materials or equipment are imported, or if certain components are produced by the exploiter. For nations that depend on the export of raw, agricultural, or industrial goods for their economic sustenance, a halt in exports could drastically reduce their financial inflow. Moreover, should the government or, in particular instances, private individuals possess investments and assets abroad, the freezing of these holdings could render them inaccessible, even if only for a limited time. Such circumstances could profoundly impair the state’s operational capacity, potentially reversing societal advancements by decades or even centuries. Furthermore, the presence of open media and champions of cultural integrity is likely to stir public unrest over this situation, prompting fervent demands for reform.

In most cases, it is the dominant entity that reaps the advantages of prevailing circumstances, wielding the power to impose its ideologies upon others. This influential party, often represented by the strongest nation —typically the United States—sets the benchmarks that steer organisations and nations towards its own aspirations, all while selectively advancing its interests. With a military presence that can be swiftly mobilised across the world, it safeguards its prerogatives and vigilantly monitors any potential disruptions at the expense of the welfare of others. Moreover, it seeks to establish financial supremacy by positioning the dollar as the cornerstone of international currency. This entity excels in defining boundaries, whether through direct intervention or via institutions such as the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, regional trade bodies, or continental military coalitions.

The so-called developing world is frequently seen as little more than a backdrop in the international landscape. While it can be leveraged for various purposes, it is often regarded as unfit to actively engage in the global arena. Rather than being a competitor, it is treated like a mere pawn. This reality becomes clear when we look at the stark economic inequalities among those vying for a place on the world stage. Multinational corporations, armed with significant financial resources, typically acquire smaller firms at bargain prices or emerge from the remnants of larger companies that have succumbed to competition, often relying on their subsidiaries. These corporations are the true contenders in the marketplace, capable of generating substantial profits. In addition, some stronger nations seek to obscure their influence in global matters by presenting themselves as supportive leaders who advocate charitable projects and arenas for development, however, they entrust the execution of various initiatives to specific organisations through international and regional gatherings, along with numerous global organisations like the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the World Trade Organization (WTO), the Economic and Social Council, the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the International Labour Organization, the World Health Organization, and UNESCO. Consequently, a wide range of human activities—ranging from individual births and their social contexts to issues of legitimacy, education, employment, legal frameworks, political and economic systems, and the media shaping public perception—have become focal points of international scrutiny or global media coverage. When possible, they will suppress alternative viewpoints and stifle dissenting voices without hesitation. The exploiter only gains the upperhand in the absence of authentic beliefs and Muslim identity as outlined in the Qur’an and Sunnah, as interpreted by the Sahaabah. Nevertheless, economic warfare, rather than traditional military conflict, can serve as a more effective strategy, often accompanied by various initiatives aimed at controlling the population and influencing the targeted community.

Destabilising Some of The Crucial Foundations For Social Unity

In Muslim societies, the family is viewed as one of the crucial foundations for social unity and resilience. Consequently, there is a concerted effort to weaken this essential structure in some countries by undermining the distinctive and vital roles of women in childbirth and child-rearing. Shaikh Abu Iyaad, may Allah preserve him, remarked:

“We are living in a time in which the League of Iblees have a frightening grip and amazing amount of resources and means through which waves and waves of assaults are maintained against faith (eemaan), and against tawhid (monotheism), and against the morality that is based upon revelation (as opposed to the “do what thou wilt” of secular humanism), and against the family unit and its bonds (husband-wife, child-parent). And so it is necessary for the Muslims to beware and take extreme caution against the waves upon waves of such assaults that are being made from all directions, the aim of which is to desecrate the foundations of faith, and to desecrate the Prophets of Allah, in particular Jesus, the Son of Mary (peace be upon them both) and to replace the foundations of faith with a “new age spirituality” which is nothing “new” at all, but comes from none other than Iblees himself and is but the same deception that Iblees used to make Adam err, which is the promise of immortality and eternity, and this is the core, underlying principle of the “new age spirituality” in all of its flavours and manifestations. Further, the Prophet (sallallaahu alayhi wasallam) warned that there would be many dajjaals (liars) in the later times. Such liars and imposters claim divinity or prophethood, and preach a religion other than that preached by the Prophets and Messengers, such as Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Mohammad (peace be upon all of them). For this reason, given the huge amount of propaganda disseminated through the great many forms of media in the modern age, it is necessary for Muslims to be well-informed about the plots of Iblees his deception and misguiding of the people through their army of devils amongst Jinn and men, all of whom refer to Iblees, spuriously, as “the light bearer”. Al-Allamah Rabee Bin Hadi al-Mad’khali [may Allah preserve him] stated: Do not incline towards the oppressors – those who unjustly harm the people, by shedding their blood, seizing their wealth, and violating their honour. They may also oppress the people in matters of religion through bidah, misguidance, and spreading harmful propaganda that contradicts Islam. Avoid associating with any of these individuals; do not support or assist them in their falsehood. The verse covers all categories of oppressors. Every follower of falsehood, every innovator in religious matters, and anyone who dishonours a Muslim is considered an oppressor. Therefore, refrain from aligning yourself with any of them to avoid being affected by the fire of hell. When you incline towards a sinner, an innovator in religious affairs, an oppressor, a criminal, someone who dishonours others, or those who violate the sanctity of the divine legislation, it is as if you are pleased with them, as if you are aiding and abetting them. Allah [The Exalted] says:

إِنَّ فِرۡعَوۡنَ عَلَا فِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَجَعَلَ أَهۡلَهَا شِيَعً۬ا يَسۡتَضۡعِفُ طَآٮِٕفَةً۬ مِّنۡہُمۡ يُذَبِّحُ أَبۡنَآءَهُمۡ وَيَسۡتَحۡىِۦ نِسَآءَهُمۡ‌ۚ إِنَّهُ ۥ كَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُفۡسِدِينَ

Verily, Pharaoh exalted himself in the land and made its people (into different) groups, weakening (oppressing) a group among them, killing their sons, and letting their females live. Verily, he was of the Mufsidoon. [Surah Al-Qasas. Ayah 4]

Pharaoh murdered the Children of Israel and refrained from murdering their women, but Netanyahu spares no one in his so-called pursuit of self-defense and proportionate retaliation. This displays a behavioural pattern suggestive of an egocentric and conceited individual who is prone to impulsive actions to validate their views and puts his aspirations above anything else – maiming and killing Palestinian children, bombing schools, hospitals, and refugee camps, and besieged nearly 2 million Palestinians while cutting them off from food, water, fuel, and electricity without guilt in the presence of millions of people throughout the world; steal Palestinian homes and land, and use religious rhetoric to justify war crimes. These are the actions sanctioned by someone who claims “moral superiority,” and to make matters worse, he utilises a distorted Scripture to justify his behaviour. Allah says: [وَمَنۡ أَظۡلَمُ مِمَّنِ ٱفۡتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبًا أَوۡ كَذَّبَ بِـَٔايَـٰتِهِۦۤ‌ۗ إِنَّهُ ۥ لَا يُفۡلِحُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَ – And who does more wrong than he who invents a lie against Allah or rejects His Ayat (proofs, verses, lessons, revelations, etc.)? Verily, the Zaalimoon shall never be successful]. [Surah Al-An’aam. Ayah 21]

This mindset mirrors that of individuals resembling the Muta’assibah among the Jews and the Azaariqah (Khawarij) among the Muslims. The fanatical partisans among the Jews shared similarities with the Faareesiyyoon in their beliefs, yet they were notably aggressive and advocated for the assassination of those who opposed them. Referred to as Saffaakoon, they engaged in acts of pillage, plunder, and oppression towards anyone who did not align with their views. Conflict arose between them and the Faareesiyyoon due to the latter’s submission to the Romans. While some scholars classify them as part of political or nationalistic factions, their origins lie within a religious context, however, heinous were the crimes they committed across different regions. As for the Azaariqah among the Khawaarij, Al-Baghdaadee [429 AH- may Allah have mercy upon him] stated about their Bidah: “From it [i.e. their bidah] is the declaration that it is permissible to kill the women and children of their opponents, and they claimed that the children of their opponents would dwell in the fire forever”. Likewise, read here about Hamas by a senior student of knowledge Shaikh Abu Iyaad (may Allah preserve him]: “What is done by the likes of Ḥamas, ISIS, al-Qaeda, and other groups—who are funded, aided and abetted by Western powers for their own objectives (see, for example, https://abuiyaad.com/w/hamas-israeli-right) —of killing of women and children, then all of that is criminal and opposed to our religion and we condemn it without hesitation”.

Every person with a shred of decency – Muslim, Christian, Jew, and others – condemns this type of behaviour, whether undertaken in the guise of self-defence and retaliation. Allah [The Exalted] says:

مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا بِغَيْرِ نَفْسٍ أَوْ فَسَادٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَكَأَنَّمَا قَتَلَ النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا وَمَنْ أَحْيَاهَا فَكَأَنَّمَا أَحْيَا النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا

If anyone killed a person not in retaliation of murder, or (and) to spread mischief in the land – it would be as if he killed all mankind, and if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of all mankind. [Surah Al-Maa’idah. Ayah 32]

Imaam As-Sadi [may Allah have mercy upon him] said, “If a person is bold enough to kill someone who does not deserve to be killed, then this implies that he does make a distinction between the one He killed and other than him; rather he would commit this act whenever his evil calls him to that. Therefore, his bold attitude that led him to kill is as if he had killed all humankind. On the other hand, if a person saves a life and does not kill – whilst his soul calls him to do so – due to fear of Allah, then this is as if he has saved the lives of all humankind because the fear of Allah he possesses stops him killing one who does not deserve to be killed”. Abdullah Bin Mas’ood [may Allaah be pleased with him] said that Allah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “The first (thing) that will be decided among people on the Day of Judgment will pertain to bloodshed”. [4]

Imaam An-Nawawi [may Allah have mercy upon him] said, “This hadith shows the severity (i.e. in sin) of bloodshed and that it will be the first thing that will be judged between people on the Day of Resurrection because of its greatness and extreme danger. This hadith does not contradict the well-known hadith in the Sunan that “The first thing a person will be questioned about is the prayer”, because this hadeeth is about an affair between Allah and the person, whereas the first hadeeth (i.e. judgment in matters related to bloodshed) is an affair between the people”. Imam Ibn Al-Qayyim [may Allah have mercy upon him]:

The contrast between seeking righteous leadership and simply seeking leadership lies in exalting Allah’s command and being sincere in devotion to Him, rather than seeking self-glorification and pursuing personal desires hastily. The individual who is truly sincere in devotion to Allah loves that his Lord is obeyed and not disobeyed, loves that the statement “none has the right to be worshipped except Allah” is uppermost, all matters of the religion sincerely established for the sake of Allah, the people obey Allah’s command and refrain from what Allah has forbidden. He is sincere in his devotion to Allah and sincere in guiding others towards the path of Allah. He aspires to be a leader in the religion and supplicates to his Lord to make him a leader of the righteous, just as he follows the righteous. Hence, if this servant of Allah who invites others to the path of Allah loves to be respected, honoured, and loved by the people, and wishes to be followed so that they trust him and emulate the Messenger through his actions, it does not harm his desire for leadership, instead, he is commended for it. This is because the one who calls to Allah yearns for obedience to Allah and the worship of Him alone. He seeks to be a means through which people are guided to obey Allah, worship Him alone, and follow the teachings of the Messenger. As a result of this, Allah mentions and praises His chosen servants with the best characteristics and that he will grant them the best reward on the day of judgment, saying:

وَٱلَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا هَبۡ لَنَا مِنۡ أَزۡوَٲجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّـٰتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعۡيُنٍ۬ وَٱجۡعَلۡنَا لِلۡمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا

And those who say: “Our Lord! Bestow on us from our wives and our offspring who will be the comfort of our eyes, and make us leaders for the pious”. [Surah Al-Furqan. Ayah 74]

They beseech Allah to bless them with the comfort of the eye by making their wives and children obedient to Allah and to fill their hearts with joy by being followed by the righteous in their devotion and servitude to Allah. This is because a trustworthy leader in the religion cooperates with others in obeying Allah and His Messenger, and that is to call them to sound leadership in the religion whose foundation is based on patience and certainty, as Allah [The Exalted] says:

وَجَعَلۡنَا مِنۡہُمۡ أَٮِٕمَّةً۬ يَہۡدُونَ بِأَمۡرِنَا لَمَّا صَبَرُواْ‌ۖ وَڪَانُواْ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَا يُوقِنُونَ

And We made from among them (Children of Israel), leaders, giving guidance under Our Command when they were patient and used to believe with certainty in Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.). [Surah Al-Sajdah. Ayah 24]

Hence, in their supplication to Allah that He makes them leaders for the righteous people, is that He guides and grants them success, and blesses them with beneficial knowledge and righteous deeds without which sound leadership in the religion cannot be attained.

This stands apart from simply pursuing leadership as its seekers strive to acquire it to accomplish their objectives, such as self-exaltation, enslaving the hearts and attaching them to themselves, and assisting them in achieving their goals, while they remain superior and everyone else subordinate to them. The pursuit of leadership of this kind results in corruption, the magnitude of which only Allah can comprehend, involving rebellion, envy, transgression, enmity, oppression, trials and tribulations, prioritising self-defence at the cost of violating Allah’s rights, elevating those despised by Allah and demeaning those honoured by Allah. Despite the loud demands from his people to immediately negotiate with reckless Hamas to secure the release of the hostages in Gaza, he persists in refusing to end the war. He sporadically allows aid to enter, only to cruelly withhold it at other times, all the while presenting his meagre efforts as a benevolent gesture. قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّى ظَلَمۡتُ نَفۡسِى فَٱغۡفِرۡ لِى فَغَفَرَ لَهُ ۥۤ‌ۚ إِنَّهُ ۥ هُوَ ٱلۡغَفُورُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ

The man of his (own) party asked him for help against his foe, so Musa (Moses) struck him with his fist and killed him. He said: “This is of Shaitan‘s (Satan) doing, verily, he is a plain misleading enemy.” He said: “My Lord! Verily, I have wronged myself, so forgive me.” Then He forgave him. Verily, He is the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Merciful. He said: “My Lord! For that with which You have favoured me, I will never more be a helper for the Mujrimun (criminals, disobedient to Allah, polytheists, sinners, etc.)!” So he became afraid, looking about in the city (waiting as to what would be the result of his crime of killing), when behold, the man who had sought his help the day before, called for his help (again). Musa (Moses) said to him: “Verily, you are a plain misleader!” [Surah Al-Qasas. Ayaat 15-18]

Imam Ibn Al-Jawzi [may Allah have mercy upon him] said that one of the meanings of this statement [إِنَّكَ لَغَوِىٌّ۬ مُّبِينٌ – verily, you are a plain misleader] means, “You are misled in fighting a person whom you are unable to repel his evil from yourself”. [2]

Allah [The Exalted] informs us that when the sorcerers abandoned their grave sin and believed in Musa [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him], the tyrant Fir’awn said to them:

ءَامَنتُمۡ لَهُ ۥ قَبۡلَ أَنۡ ءَاذَنَ لَكُمۡ‌ۖ إِنَّهُ ۥ لَكَبِيرُكُمُ ٱلَّذِى عَلَّمَكُمُ ٱلسِّحۡرَ‌ۖ فَلَأُقَطِّعَنَّ أَيۡدِيَكُمۡ وَأَرۡجُلَكُم مِّنۡ خِلَـٰفٍ۬ وَلَأُصَلِّبَنَّكُمۡ فِى جُذُوعِ ٱلنَّخۡلِ وَلَتَعۡلَمُنَّ أَيُّنَآ أَشَدُّ عَذَابً۬ا وَأَبۡقَىٰ

“You believe in him [Musa] before I permit you? Verily! He is your chief who taught you magic. So I will surely cut off your hands and feet on opposite sides, and I will surely crucify you on the trunks of date palms, and you shall surely know which of us [I (Fir’aun – Pharaoh) or the Lord of Musa (Moses) (Allah)] can give the severe and more lasting torment”. [Surah Taha. Ayah 71]

ءَامَنتُم بِهِۦ قَبْلَ أَنْ ءَاذَنَ لَكُمْ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَمَكْرٌ مَّكَرْتُمُوهُ فِى ٱلْمَدِينَةِ لِتُخْرِجُوا۟ مِنْهَآ أَهْلَهَا فَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ
لَأُقَطِّعَنَّ أَيْدِيَكُمْ وَأَرْجُلَكُم مِّنْ خِلَٰفٍ ثُمَّ لَأُصَلِّبَنَّكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ

“You have believed in him [Musa (Moses)] before I permit you. Surely, this is a plot which you have plotted in the city to drive out its people, but you shall come to know. Surely, I will cut off your hands and your feet on opposite sides, then I will crucify you all.” [Surah Al-A’raf. Ayaat 123-124]

Pharaoh, the cruel and opinionated judge, saw himself as the sole authority when it came to making decisions on the words of his subjects and in the assemblies. His subjects acknowledged and obeyed his rule, believing that he alone held the right to dictate, with no room for dissent. Challenging his authority was seen as a sign of defiance and lack of respect.

He alleged that Prophet Musa [peace be upon him] was the chief of the sorcerers who instructed them in sorcery and that the sorcerers covertly ensured his victory so that the majority of people would follow them. This is a blatant falsehood and Fir’awn was convinced of it! Musa never sought the assistance of the sorcerers; instead, it was Fir’awn who dispatched his followers to the different cities of Egypt to gather the sorcerers to support his cause. On the other hand, Musa came with clear signs from Allah [The Most High] while the sorcerers resorted to sorcery to overcome him, but their scheme backfired and the truth that Musa brought became evident to them, leading them to follow him.

لَأُقَطِّعَنَّ أَيۡدِيَكُمۡ وَأَرۡجُلَكُم مِّنۡ خِلَـٰفٍ۬ ثُمَّ لَأُصَلِّبَنَّكُمۡ أَجۡمَعِينَ

“Surely, I will cut off your hands and your feet on opposite sides, then I will crucify you all”.

Fir’awn, the cruel one, asserted that those who strayed from his ways and chose to follow Musa were responsible for spreading corruption on the earth and that he would deal with them in the manner they deserved. [Tafsir as-Sadi]

Undoubtedly, the genocidal actions of Netanyahu’s Zionist army have resulted in the tragic loss of innocent lives in Palestine, including children, women, and non-combatants. Furthermore, journalists and medical professionals have also fallen victim to these ruthless attacks. ٱسْتِكْبَارًا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَكْرَ ٱلسَّيِّئِ وَلَا يَحِيقُ ٱلْمَكْرُ ٱلسَّيِّئُ إِلَّا بِأَهْلِهِۦ فَهَلْ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَّا سُنَّتَ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ فَلَن تَجِدَ لِسُنَّتِ ٱللَّهِ تَبْدِيلًا وَلَن تَجِدَ لِسُنَّتِ ٱللَّهِ تَحْوِيلًا
أَوَلَمْ يَسِيرُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ فَيَنظُرُوا۟ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَٰقِبَةُ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ وَكَانُوٓا۟ أَشَدَّ مِنْهُمْ قُوَّةً وَمَا كَانَ ٱللَّهُ لِيُعْجِزَهُۥ مِن شَىْءٍ فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَلَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ عَلِيمًا قَدِيرًا
وَلَوْ يُؤَاخِذُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلنَّاسَ بِمَا كَسَبُوا۟ مَا تَرَكَ عَلَىٰ ظَهْرِهَا مِن دَآبَّةٍ وَلَٰكِن يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى فَإِذَا جَآءَ أَجَلُهُمْ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِعِبَادِهِۦ بَصِيرًۢا

(They took to flight because of their) arrogance in the land and their plotting of evil. But the evil plot encompasses only him who makes it. Then, can they expect anything (else), but the Sunnah (way of dealing) of the peoples of old? So no change will you find in Allah’s Sunnah (way of dealing), and no turning off will you find in Allah’s Sunnah (way of dealing). Have they not travelled in the land, and seen what was the end of those before them, and they were superior to them in power? Allah is not such that anything in the heavens or the earth escapes Him. Verily, He is All-Knowing, All-Omnipotent. And if Allah were to punish men for that which they earned, He would not leave a moving (living) creature on the surface of the earth, but He gives them respite to an appointed term, and when their term comes, then verily, Allah is Ever All-Seer of His slaves. [Surah Fatir. Ayaat 43-45]

It is said that Netanyahu is a political survivor!!! We say that he is just like the tyrants of yore, who spent all their time and energy trying to sow mistrust and contempt in the world, along with their cronies and those who made them look good. When he and his cronies say one thing publicly and secretly plan behind closed doors or buy time to protect their future corrupt objectives to consolidate their insatiable lust for power and their desire to take away the rights of the Palestinians, this is not a new phenomenon; rather, it is the same tactic used by the disbelieving tyrants of the past. When the disbelieving tyrant Fir’awn and his followers confronted the prophet Musa [peace be upon him], they first gathered in secret to plot before attempting to mislead the public with their false accusations against Musa and Harun [peace be upon them]. Allah states:

فَتَنَٰزَعُوٓا۟ أَمْرَهُم بَيْنَهُمْ وَأَسَرُّوا۟ ٱلنَّجْوَىٰ
قَالُوٓا۟ إِنْ هَٰذَٰنِ لَسَٰحِرَٰنِ يُرِيدَانِ أَن يُخْرِجَاكُم مِّنْ أَرْضِكُم بِسِحْرِهِمَا وَيَذْهَبَا بِطَرِيقَتِكُمُ ٱلْمُثْلَىٰ
فَأَجْمِعُوا۟ كَيْدَكُمْ ثُمَّ ٱئْتُوا۟ صَفًّا وَقَدْ أَفْلَحَ ٱلْيَوْمَ مَنِ ٱسْتَعْلَىٰ

Then they debated with one another what they must do, and they kept their talk secret. They said: “Verily! These are two magicians. Their object is to drive you out from your land with magic and overcome your chiefs and nobles. So devise your plot, and then assemble in line. And whoever overcomes this day will be indeed successful”. [Surah Taha. Ayaat 62-64]

Allah [The Exalted] says:

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ إِذَا تَنَٰجَيْتُمْ فَلَا تَتَنَٰجَوْا۟ بِٱلْإِثْمِ وَٱلْعُدْوَٰنِ وَمَعْصِيَتِ ٱلرَّسُولِ وَتَنَٰجَوْا۟ بِٱلْبِرِّ وَٱلتَّقْوَىٰ وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ ٱلَّذِىٓ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ

O you who believe! When you hold secret counsel, do it not for sin and wrong-doing, and disobedience towards the Messenger (Muhammad) but do it for Al-Birr (righteousness) and Taqwa (virtues and piety), and fear Allah unto Whom you shall be gathered. Secret counsels (conspiracies) are only from Shaitan (Satan), so that he may cause grief to the believers. But he cannot harm them in the least, except as Allah permits, and in Allah let the believers put their trust. [Surah Al-Mujadilah. Ayaat 9-10]

Justice is exclusively reserved for those they have branded as criminals and misguided, despite the undeniable evidence of Netanyahu’s aggressive and intimidating behaviour, along with that of many of his supporters. Their actions blatantly prioritise their own desires and interests, disregarding any fair and equitable interactions as commanded by the Creator. Justice is selectively perceived and cherished by them solely when it serves their own agenda, and if their bullying tactics prove ineffective against their adversaries, they resort to public displays in an attempt to manipulate or pressure other influential political figures.

The elaborate mechanisms they have established and financed under the guise of promoting justice and accountability on a worldwide scale are selectively enforced, protecting their own interests above all else and disregarding the welfare of others. The unfolding drama is evident to all, casting a shadow over their purported international justice system, which they exploit to target others relentlessly. Netanyahu and his cohorts stand out as key figures in this relentless campaign. He said: “When a human being wishes to grant another person rights, he will not be free of desires, because the person who codifies laws, whatever they may be, will include their desires in them”. “Every ruling that contradicts the divine Islamic law must have been dominated by desires, and hence it is not correct. There is no doubt that desires hinder people from fulfilling rights in the way they should be fulfilled. As a result, since those principles (concerning equality and human rights) were founded on the opinions of individuals, so human desires, as well as the interests of the major powers and their desire to control weaker nations or countries with a high level of welfare, did interfere”. [وَجَعَلَ أَهۡلَهَا شِيَعً۬ا – and made its people sects]- Meaning: Various organized and differentiated groups were established, and he effectively employed each group according to his desires within his kingdom. [2] He organised them into factions and various factions to assist him, and they complied with his wishes and followed his orders. [3] He organised them into separate groups, manipulated them according to his wicked desires, and dominated them as he pleased, utilising his strength and authority. [4] He organised them into various factions, leading them to follow his every wicked and corrupt desire, or he manipulated some to influence others to comply with his commands. Alternatively, he formed distinct groups under his control, assigning each group different tasks like construction, farming, excavation, and other laborious duties. Those who refused to work were punished, thus ensuring their obedience. Another method he employed was to create divisions among them, fueling animosity and discord to prevent them from uniting against him. [5]

[ إِنَّهُ ۥ كَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُفۡسِدِينَ – Verily, he was of the Mufsidoon]- Meaning: Those individuals whose intention is not to rectify either religious or worldly matters, and this was due to his corrupt behavior on the earth; [6] engaging unlawful killing and displaying defiance towards Allah.[7]

Nevertheless, it is common knowledge of the fate that befell Fir’awn, as no disbelieving despot throughout history has managed to evade the consequences of defying the commands of Allah, no matter the grandeur of his schemes or the might he wielded.

Allah [The Exalted] says:

قَدۡ مَڪَرَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡ فَأَتَى ٱللَّهُ بُنۡيَـٰنَهُم مِّنَ ٱلۡقَوَاعِدِ فَخَرَّ عَلَيۡہِمُ ٱلسَّقۡفُ مِن فَوۡقِهِمۡ وَأَتَٮٰهُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُ مِنۡ حَيۡثُ لَا يَشۡعُرُونَ
ثُمَّ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَـٰمَةِ يُخۡزِيهِمۡ وَيَقُولُ أَيۡنَ شُرَڪَآءِىَ ٱلَّذِينَ كُنتُمۡ تُشَـٰٓقُّونَ فِيہِمۡ‌ۚ قَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡعِلۡمَ إِنَّ ٱلۡخِزۡىَ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ وَٱلسُّوٓءَ عَلَى ٱلۡڪَـٰفِرِينَ

Those before them indeed plotted, but Allah struck at the foundation of their building, and then the roof fell down upon them, from above them, and the torment overtook them from directions they did not perceive. Then, on the Day of Resurrection, He will disgrace them and will say: “Where are My (so-called) ‘partners’ concerning whom you used to disagree and dispute (with the believers, by defying and disobeying Allah)?” Those who have been given the knowledge (about the Torment of Allah for the disbelievers) will say: “Verily! Disgrace this Day and misery are upon the disbelievers. [Surah An-Nahl. Ayah 26-27]

The commentators explain that this is in reference to Namrood, who constructed a towering structure in an attempt to ascend to the heavens and challenge its dwellers. Subsequently, Allah dispatched a powerful wind that hurled the summit of the tower into the sea, causing the remainder to crumble. [8]

[قَدۡ مَڪَرَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡ – Those before them indeed plotted]- Meaning: (The plotters), in opposition to the messengers, utilised various cunning tactics to dismiss the messages they delivered and implemented extensive measures to safeguard their schemes.

[فَأَتَى ٱللَّهُ بُنۡيَـٰنَهُم مِّنَ ٱلۡقَوَاعِدِ – but Allah struck at the foundation of their building]– Meaning, an affair came to them from its basis and foundation [فَخَرَّ عَلَيۡہِمُ ٱلسَّقۡفُ مِن فَوۡقِهِمۡ – and then the roof fell down upon them, from above them]- Meaning, that which they built became a punishment for them.

[وَأَتَٮٰهُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُ مِنۡ حَيۡثُ لَا يَشۡعُرُونَ – and the torment overtook them from directions they did not perceive]: Meaning, they thought that such a building would bring them benefits and protection, but instead, the punishment they faced came from the very structure they had created. This parable is among the finest examples of how Allah thwarts the schemes of His adversaries. They contemplated and analysed the teachings of the Messengers, only to deny them and fabricate false principles and rules, used them to reject the Messengers’ message, and employed deceitful tactics to cause distress and harm to both the Messengers and their followers. However, their plot backfired and turned into a source of evil against them. Ultimately, their own plan led to their destruction, as Allah says:

وَلَا يَحِيقُ الْمَكْرُ السَّيِّئُ إِلَّا بِأَهْلِهِ

But the evil plot encompasses only him who makes it]. [Surah Faatir. Ayah: 43]

This is with regards to this life, and the consequences in the hereafter will be even more humiliating. Due to this, Allah says: [ثُمَّ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَـٰمَةِ يُخۡزِيهِمۡ – Then, on the Day of Resurrection, He will disgrace them]. [9]

Verily, in the same manner as the unbelievers of yore persisted in their falsehoods and deceit, unwilling to cease their wrongdoing until they faced the consequences they had earned, similarly, Netanyahu and his cohorts persist in their ruinous ways. Deception and falsehood underpin all their strategies and self-preservation methods, yet they shall never succeed in fooling those who adhere to the divine guidance and the teachings of wise scholars throughout the ages until the end of time. Imam Ibn Al-Qayyim [may Allah have mercy upon him] stated: “The fact that whether a statement is lies and falsehood can sometimes be discerned from the statement itself, its contradictions, perplexity, and the clear indications that reveal its falsehood. Lies can be evident based on their reality, their appearance, and what is being concealed. It is sometimes known based on the circumstances of the utterer of the lie, as someone known for lying, wickedness, and deception will exhibit these traits in their words and actions. He does not utter a statement or engage in an action resembling that of a pious and truthful individual – someone free from all evil, deceit, lies, and wickedness. Instead, the sincere person’s heart, intentions, words, and actions mirror one another, while the liar’s heart, words, actions, and intentions also align”. [10]

Imam ibn Al-Qayyim’s statement, as cited above, accurately reflects the observations made by many regarding Netanyahu’s situation. وَالَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا سَنَسْتَدْرِجُهُم مِّنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
وَأُمْلِي لَهُمْ ۚ إِنَّ كَيْدِي مَتِينٌ

Those who reject Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), We shall gradually seize them with punishment in ways they perceive not. And I respite them; certainly, My Plan is strong. [Surah al-A’raf. Ayaat 182-183]

[سَنَسْتَدْرِجُهُم – We shall gradually seize them with punishment] – Meaning, Allah provides them with an abundance of sustenance and respite, leading them to believe that they will not be held accountable for their disobedience or face any consequences. Consequently, they grow in disbelief and wrongdoing, causing harm to themselves unknowingly. This is why Allah has says: [إِنَّ كَيْدِي مَتِينٌ -certainly My Plan is strong] [11]

[ سَنَسْتَدْرِجُهُم مِّنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ – We shall gradually seize them with punishment in ways they perceive not]: Imaam Sufyan Ath-Thawree [may Allah have mercy upon him] stated that this means that whenever they engage in (major) sins, Allah grants them a favour by causing them to overlook seeking forgiveness. [12]

Our Lord! Make us not a trial for the folk who are Zalimun (polytheists and wrongdoers). And save us by Your Mercy from the disbelieving folk.

Perfect Justice Can Only Be Achieved Through The Final Infallible Divine Revelation

Allah [The Exalted] says:

كَانَ ٱلنَّاسُ أُمَّةً۬ وَٲحِدَةً۬ فَبَعَثَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ مُبَشِّرِينَ وَمُنذِرِينَ وَأَنزَلَ مَعَهُمُ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ لِيَحۡكُمَ بَيۡنَ ٱلنَّاسِ فِيمَا ٱخۡتَلَفُواْ فِيهِ

Mankind was one community (i.e. upon Tawheed and Allah’s Shari’ah) and Allah sent Prophets with glad tidings and warnings, and with them, He sent the Scripture in truth to judge between people in matters wherein they differed]. [Surah Al-Baqarah’ Aayah 213]

Shaikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah [may Allah have mercy upon him] said, “And even though there is something in the paths of analogical reasoning and reflection that will lead to knowledge, sometimes it cannot give a detailed explanation in a dispute between the people of the earth due to the minute details and ambiguities [in that dispute], and at other times due to the fact the people differ when prioritizing necessities. Therefore, due to this Allah [The Most High] commanded us to return to the revelation in times of dispute. [1]

Shaikh Salih Aala Ash-Shaikh [may Allah preserve him] said: Allah is the one who upholds the rights of humanity under the laws He has established. This is why numerous studies on the subject have demonstrated that Islamic law, the life of our Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), the teachings of the Qur’an and the Sunnah, as well as the deeds of the four caliphs and those who followed them, are the greatest early codifications of human rights, lofty in both their proclamation and their implementation. It was fully implemented throughout the era of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and the Rightly Guided Caliphs (may Allah be pleased with them). When a human being wishes to grant another person rights, he will not be free of desires, because the person who codifies laws, whatever they may be, will include their desires in them. As a result, Western man-made laws, such as French man-made law, American man-made law, and other man-made laws, are subject to change from time to time – either because the law was first initiated for the sake of the country’s interests when it was established, or due to the influence of (influential personalities or leaders, etc) in that country in some matters, or because time passed and thus the circumstances changed. Allah clarified that the pre-Islamic judgment is desire-based. Allah [Glorified be He] says: [وَأَنِ احْكُم بَيْنَهُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ – And so judge (you O Muhammad) between them by what Allah has revealed and follow not their vain desires]. [Surah Al-Maa’idah. Ayah 49]

Every ruling that contradicts the divine Islamic law must have been dominated by desires, and hence it is not correct. There is no doubt that desires hinder people from fulfilling rights in the way they should be fulfilled. As a result, since those principles (concerning equality and human rights) were founded on the opinions of individuals, so human desires, as well as the interests of the major powers and their desire to control weaker nations or countries with a high level of welfare, did interfere. If you examine the circumstances of people before the advent of Prophet Muhammad [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him], whether they were Egyptians, Persians, Romans, or Arabs in Makkah and the surrounding areas, people from the Arabian Peninsula, people who lived in Syria and Iraq, or people in Egypt and its neighbours, you will find that deprivation of liberties and denial of equality was prevalent; rather, it was (a situation of) the law of the jungle, so the strong (oppressed, terrorised, etc) the weak and the people subjugated one another. As a result, when the Persian ruler asked (the Prophet’s companion) Rabee [may Allah be pleased with him], “You are Arabs, so what brought you to the land of Persia?” He replied, “Indeed, Allah sent us to remove the one He wishes to be removed from the worship of the servants and direct them towards the worship of the Lord of the servants, to remove them from the distress of the worldly life to the happiness of the worldly life and the Hereafter. May Allah guide those journalists, individuals in so-called think tanks and prestigious universities who seek to falsify facts to trivialise the grave crimes committed by the Zionist/far-right army under Netanyahu’s command and his far-right enablers, or else we remind them that the final Messenger to humanity has stated: “The judges are three: one will go to Paradise and two to Hell. A man who knows the truth and judges with it will enter paradise; a man who knows the truth but judges with the opposite of it will enter the fire, and a man who judges for the people based on ignorance will enter the fire”. Inequality In Punishment Led to The Destruction of The Nations of Old

Aa’isha [may Allah be pleased with her] reported that the Quraish had been anxious about the Makhzumi woman who had committed theft, and said, “Who will speak to Allah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] about her?” They said, “Who dare it, but Usamah, the loved one of Allah’s Messenger?” So Usamah spoke to him. Thereupon Allah’s Messenger said, “Do you intercede regarding one of the punishments prescribed by Allah?” He then stood up and addressed (people) saying, “O people! Those who have gone before you were destroyed, because if anyone of high status committed theft amongst them, they spared him; and if anyone of low status committed theft, they inflicted the prescribed punishment upon him. By Allah, if Fatima, daughter of Muhammad, were to steal, I would have her hand cut off”. [4]

“Do you intercede regarding one of the punishments prescribed by Allah?” Meaning, it is not permissible to intercede regarding the divine prescribed punishments. “Those who have gone before you were destroyed because if anyone of high status committed theft amongst them, they spared him; and if anyone of low status committed theft, they inflicted the prescribed punishment upon him” – Meaning, destroyed by way of punishment due to their sins. They were destroyed due to this affair because they said, “This is a person of high status and it is not possible to cut his hand”. When a person of high status amongst them stole, they let him off, (but) when a person of low status stole, they established the punishment on him, so the implementation of Allaah’s prescribed punishments was carried out based on their desires. This hadeeth is proof to show that the nations before us committed theft, and that there was much theft in their midst including the wealthy, the poor, the one of high status, and the one of low status. Then the Messenger made an oath – even though he is the righteous and truthful one without making an oath – that “By Allah, if Fatima, daughter of Muhammad, were to steal, I would have her hand cut off”. O Allaah! Send Your Salutations and blessings upon him (i.e. the prophet). This is how justice should be and how Allah’s rulings are to be applied, and not through desires. He (i.e. The Prophet) made an oath that if Fatimah – who was of a higher status than that Makhzumi woman, both in nobility and lineage because she is the leader of the women of paradise- the daughter of Muhammad stole, he would cut her hand. Accusations of anti-Semite used as a smokescreen

Allah [The Exalted] says:

يَـٰبَنِىٓ إِسۡرَٲٓءِيلَ ٱذۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَتِىَ ٱلَّتِىٓ أَنۡعَمۡتُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَأَوۡفُواْ بِعَہۡدِىٓ أُوفِ بِعَهۡدِكُمۡ وَإِيَّـٰىَ فَٱرۡهَبُونِ

O Children of Israel! Remember My Favour which I bestowed upon you, and fulfill (your obligations to) My Covenant (with you) so that I fulfill (My Obligations to) your covenant (with Me), and fear none but Me.

وَءَامِنُواْ بِمَآ أَنزَلۡتُ مُصَدِّقً۬ا لِّمَا مَعَكُمۡ وَلَا تَكُونُوٓاْ أَوَّلَ كَافِرِۭ بِهِۦ‌ۖ وَلَا تَشۡتَرُواْ بِـَٔايَـٰتِى ثَمَنً۬ا قَلِيلاً۬ وَإِيَّـٰىَ فَٱتَّقُونِ

And believe in what I have sent down (this Qur’an), confirming that which is with you, [the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)], and be not the first to disbelieve therein, and buy not with My Verses [the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)] a small price (i.e. getting a small gain by selling My Verses), and fear Me and Me Alone. (Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. I, Page 253).

وَلَا تَلۡبِسُواْ ٱلۡحَقَّ بِٱلۡبَـٰطِلِ وَتَكۡتُمُواْ ٱلۡحَقَّ وَأَنتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ

And mix not truth with falsehood, nor conceal the truth [i.e. Muhammad Peace be upon him is Allah’s Messenger and his qualities are written in your Scriptures, the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)] while you know (the truth).

وَأَقِيمُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتُواْ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَٱرۡكَعُواْ مَعَ ٱلرَّٲكِعِينَ

And perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat), and give Zakat, and Irka’ (i.e. bow down or submit yourselves with obedience to Allah) along with Ar-Raki’un. [Surah Al-Baqarah. Ayaat 40-43]

The Zionists inherited this sin from the treacherous disbelievers among Bani Israel during the era of the Messenger Muhammad [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him]. Allah said to them:

[وَلَا تَلۡبِسُواْ ٱلۡحَقَّ بِٱلۡبَـٰطِلِ وَتَكۡتُمُواْ ٱلۡحَقَّ وَأَنتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ – And mix not truth with falsehood, nor conceal the truth [i.e. Muhammad Peace be upon him is Allah’s Messenger and his qualities are written in your Scriptures, the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)] while you know (the truth)]. Imam Ibnul Qayyim [may Allah have mercy upon him] said: Allah prohibited the mixing of truth with falsehood, thus leading to the concealment of the truth. Mixing truth with false is by mixing the two until one of them is confused with the other. This is forgery and deceit by way of which what is made apparent is the opposite of what it is in reality. Also, when the truth is confounded with falsehood, the culprit manifests falsehood in the image of truth and speaks with a statement that carries two meanings- a correct meaning and a false meaning, so the listener is under the illusion that the speaker intends the correct meaning, whilst he (i.e. the speaker) intends the corrupt meaning. [6]

Because the callous Zionists do not wish to distinguish between those who desire justice for Palestinians and those who seek to harm Jews solely due to their race or religion, anyone who opposes their heinous crimes and brutality against Palestinians is labelled an anti-Semite. They are certain that denouncing Zionist aggression has no connection to anti-Semitism, but they seek to muddle the discourse to coerce and threaten anyone who dares to denounce their atrocities. When shown beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are an “apartheid state” because of their racial and brutal treatment of Palestinians, they refuse to acknowledge the evidence and utilise the anti-Semitism card – a strategy through which they intend to silence everyone with a modicum of common sense from denouncing the evils of Zionism. Furthermore, they use different strategies to openly, directly, indirectly, or discreetly appeal for sympathy by playing the anti-Semitism card in the context of the Holocaust. So, their cheerleaders in the media remind us of the crimes of the Nazis against the Jews and use it as a cover to gag everyone who attempts to openly condemn the Zionists for committing crimes against the Palestinians. Shaikh Al-Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah [may Allah have mercy upon him] said, “Falsehood does not spread except with a mixture of some truth just as the people of the Scripture mixed truth falsehood. And by way of the little truth they had, they misguided many from the truth and called them to a lot of the falsehood”. [7]

Moreover, some Jews would not have disassociated themselves from Zionism and denounced the Zionists for their everyday atrocities against the Palestinian people if Zionism and anti-Semitism were the same thing. Shaikh Abu Iyaad [may Allah preserve him] states: “…the term anti-Semitism has been stretched from its historical context within Europe90 and politically charged to include criticism of what is described by both religious and secular Jews as the ‘aggressive, inhumane and genocidal policy’ of European Ashkenazi Zionists against Palestinian Semitic Arabs. We are all grateful to Allah for making the Zionist discourse evident to many people that it is nothing more than Fujoor Fil Khusoomah! So, do not lend an ear to the Zionists and their cheerleaders in the media even when they swear by God until every deed of theirs is scrutinised by reliable people with clear proof. Because of their insatiable thirst for power and control, the Zionists never acknowledge their crimes, which are as obvious as the midday light, and give up on their quest for undeserved praise. Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah [may Allaah have mercy upon him] stated, “The seeker of leadership- even through falsehood- becomes pleased with a statement that contains an exaltation of him, even if it is falsehood; and becomes angered by a statement that contains a rebuke against him, even if it is truth. The believer [i.e. the one with strong Islamic faith and fear of Allah] is pleased with a statement of truth whether it is for or against him, and he is angered by a statement of falsehood whether it is for or against him. That is because Allah [The Most High] loves truth, truthfulness, and justice, and He hates lies and oppression”. [8]

This rebuke against the Zionists in no way suggests that we do not condemn the deeds of Muslims- be it Hamas or other than them- who harm, murder, or kidnap civilians and non-combatant citizens under the authority of the Zionists, even though there are none more oppressive and barbaric than the Zionists of Palestine, whose crimes cannot be compared to even that of ISIS. Shaikh Abu Iyaad [may Allah preserve him] stated, “We condemn everyone who opposes the Divine Legislation by killing innocent civilians, including non-combatant men, the elderly, women, children, priests, monks, and the like, no matter who they are, Muslim or non-Muslim, whether ISIS, al-Qaeda, Hamas, Boko Haram or Benjamin Mileikowsky, the IDF, Settlers, and their likes. Our condemnation is on the basis that such actions are unjust and oppose Divine Legislation and not because of the race, ethnicity, or religion of the perpetrators, and thus we can maintain moral consistency and integrity. In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allah says:

وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ لَا تُفْسِدُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُصْلِحُونَ
أَلَآ إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ ٱلْمُفْسِدُونَ وَلَٰكِن لَّا يَشْعُرُونَ

And when it is said to them, “Do not cause corruption on the earth (through your disbelief, sin, treachery, and sedition against those who believe),” they say, “Indeed, we are but reformers (who rectify and make peace).” Indeed, they are the ones who are the mischief-makers (in reality), but they perceive this not (due to their ignorance, disbelief, and arrogance). [1]

Imam Ibn Al-Qayyim [may Allah have mercy upon him] said: First, they are declared as liars in their claim, secondly, a notification that they are corrupt, thirdly, attributed to the root of corruption with the confirmation of their true nature as corrupt individuals, and finally, declared as profoundly ignorant, signifying their complete lack of self-awareness regarding their corrupt behaviour. [2]

Netanyahu is yearning to break free from his current circumstances. By convincing himself that he is not a perpetrator of heinous crimes, his inner thoughts create a facade to portray him as a compassionate individual or a champion of justice. This is because he cannot come to grips with the reality that he is a coward and a child murderer, unable to confront the harsh truths due to his lack of courage to renounce his wicked ways. He is shielded by his subconscious mind from the harsh, diabolical, and disgraceful deeds he has committed, acknowledging the unpleasant reality but rationalising it as acceptable behavior, then desperately shifting blame onto others. This severe state of self-deception is what drives him to continue his atrocities against women and children.

Since the onset of the genocide, a staggering number of 34,200 have been murdered, among them 14,500 children and 10,000 women. The devastating aftermath persists, with over 10,000 individuals remaining buried beneath the ruins. Furthermore, the discovery of mass graves at hospitals in both the northern and southern regions of Gaza has added to the already harrowing situation. The unparalleled cruelty exhibited by Netanyahu and his accomplices, the Zionists, is truly unfathomable. The destruction is extensive, with two-thirds of residential properties, as well as vital infrastructure such as roads, hospitals, schools, universities, factories, shops, graveyards, libraries, and masjids, reduced to ruins. In her report for the UN Human Rights Council, UN special rapporteur on the occupied Palestinian territories Francesca Albanese wrote: “[There are] reasonable grounds to believe that the threshold indicating the commission of the following acts of genocide against Palestinians in Gaza has been met: killing members of the group; causing serious bodily or mental harm to groups’ members; and deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part”.
